We started this effort as a way to give back to our local American community and to connect the South Indian farmers from the place we hailed. Our motto is to bring the food and pulses in the purest form directly from our neighborhood farmers and small businesses. The only way to do it was to reach the source of purity - the local farmers who have for generations cultivated the land and perfected the art of farming and created new recipes.

Oil is most important base ingredient of South Indian recipes. It is also one of the hardest to cold press and obtain in purest form. Unfortunately this is also the reason why oils are the most easily adulterated. The cold pressed oil we procure are from family owned small scale village businesses overseen and quality checked personally to ensure no impurities and adulterants make their way to the products.
